By submitting an application for membership of the Suzuki Four Wheel Drive Club of Victoria Inc., the applicant acknowledges that they have read and understood the Club’s Rules and agree to be bound by them, together with any applicable Club policies, procedures, and lawful directions issued by the Committee. Membership is an expression of support for the purposes of the Club and carries with it an obligation to act in a manner that is consistent with those purposes.
The applicant understands that membership is subject to approval by the Committee and does not commence until the application has been accepted and any applicable joining fee and/or membership subscription has been paid. The Club reserves the right to accept or reject any application in accordance with its Rules.
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and cooperative manner at all times. Members must not engage in conduct that is inconsistent with the purposes of the Club or that may prejudice the Club, its members, its activities, or its reputation. Members are also expected to comply with all safety requirements, participation conditions, and other instructions applicable to Club events, trips, activities, and facilities.
The applicant acknowledges that the Club may maintain membership records, communicate with members by email or other approved means, and administer membership in accordance with its Rules. The applicant further acknowledges that matters relating to membership rights, subscriptions, resignation, suspension, expulsion, disputes, and grievances are governed by the Club’s Rules.
Where the Club offers access to the Club Permit Scheme, any such access is subject to separate eligibility requirements, administrative processes, and approval in accordance with the Club’s procedures and any applicable external requirements.
